Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: These orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same day. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM EST, or on a weekend, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packed using specialized cold-chain insulation and are dispatched Monday through Thursday only, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

If your tracking number has not arrived, or tracking shows no updates, within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number so we can investigate.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

• We will make every effort to honor change requests, but once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged due to shipping delays, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement right away.
